Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of activation.
- Refunds are considered when there is a verified service issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
Not eligible
- Issues caused by the user’s internet, device, or unsupported apps/configuration.
- Change of mind after successful activation and working access.
- Abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms.
